So this is a free commission for ~NoroNoHikari <33333333 He asked for him as a Chibi wearing 18th century cloth. He's probably owner of the big cookie companies  I didn't really know how they look so I drew the cloth I know Noru likes so I tried to mimic Count Cain (from Godchild) cloth.
